Maverick Fire and Safety is here to help. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible for clients; providing all designs, planning and permitting of all your Fire Safety systems for your convenience.
To start this process, we start by going over your approved building plans for evaluation. We then take the evaluated plans and design a fire system around it while following all Fire Codes in the State of Texas as well as the requirements of your local county and city. These plans can entail anything from fire sprinklers, underground fire lines, fire alarm systems, or even fire extinguishers; potentially all four. Our team of certified engineers designs the plans using AutoCAD software with advanced sprinkler and fire alarm design software. (If you do not have approved building plans yet, we can help with that as well.)
Once the Fire Safety plans have been designed and finalized in our design department, we submit them to your local county or city for approval. After the approval process we will receive a permit to see the project through. Parts are then ordered for the project and directly delivered to the work site for installation from our team. Once our team has completed the installation, we request an inspection from the local fire marshal’s office. Once the inspection is passed that job is completed. The entire process from designing, permitting, purchasing parts, installing and final inspections can range from one month to four months depending on the scope of the project. More intricate or larger projects will naturally incur a longer timeline.
